1. What types of abayas do you offer?
We offer a wide range of abayas including daily wear, party wear, designer abayas, Dubai-style abayas, and modest essentials. Each piece is crafted with premium fabric and attention to detail to ensure both comfort and elegance.
2. Are your abayas stitched or ready-made?
Most of our abayas are ready-made in standard sizes. However, for selected designs, we also offer custom stitching based on your measurements. You can mention your size preference in the notes section during checkout.
3. How can I choose the right size?
Please refer to our Size Guide available on every product page. If you’re unsure about your size, you can message us on WhatsApp or Instagram, and our team will help you choose the best fit.
4. Do you offer custom designs or alterations?
Yes! If you like a design but want to make small changes (such as sleeve length, color, or embroidery), contact us before placing your order. We’ll confirm the customization options available for that abaya.
5. How long does it take to receive my order?

Within India: Usually delivered in 4–7 business days.

International Orders: Delivery time varies between 10–15 business days depending on the destination.
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp.
6. What are your shipping charges?
We offer free shipping on prepaid orders across India. For cash on delivery (COD) orders, a small COD fee may apply. International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location.
7. Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement. After that, the order may have already entered processing and cannot be changed.
8. What is your return or exchange policy?
We accept returns or exchanges only in case of a wrong, damaged, or defective product.
Please record an unboxing video and contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Due to the nature of custom and modest wear, we do not accept returns for reasons such as size or personal preference.
9. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International customers can contact us for exact delivery charges and estimated delivery times before placing an order.
10. How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp. You can also track your order status in your Shopify account under “My Orders.”

13. Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders?
Yes, we do! If you’re a boutique or reseller, we offer wholesale pricing on bulk purchases. Contact us directly to discuss rates, catalog, and MOQ (minimum order quantity).
14. Are the product photos real?
Yes! All product images displayed on our website are of our actual designs, photographed or digitally enhanced to represent the real look and fabric texture as accurately as possible.
