Refund policy

RETURN/EXCHANGE . 

Cash on Delivery Orders :

1. Return / Exchange allowed within 7 days.
2. Refund Payment: Refunds Via Store Credits Only , No Funds Transfer 

3. Exchange: Cost of Exchange /Return both sides to be borne by the customer.
Only exception is when a defective or wrong item is sent. Customer to share pics of defective/ different product.  

Prepaid Orders:

1. Return / Exchange allowed within 7 days.
2. Refund payment: Customer will get a bank refund.
Bank refund would be processed online within 5-7 working days after receipt of the product in Original Condition .

3. Exchange: Cost of Exchange /Return both sides to be borne by the customer. 

4. For Hijabs: Cost of Exchange /Return both sides to be borne by the customer.
Only exception is when a defective or wrong item is sent. Customer to share pics of defective/ different product.  


ABAYAS AND DRESSES (WITH LENGTH CUSTOMIZATION):

Cash on Delivery Orders :
  1. For Lengths 54 " inch and Shorter Only Exchange allowed to a Lower Size with Same Length Only within 7 days, No Return Allowed !
  2. For Lengths 58 " inch and Longer Return/Exchange allowed within 7 days , for returns only Store Credits will be Given , No Funds Transfer !
  3. Exchange: Cost of Exchange both sides to be borne by the customer.

  1. All Same as Above.

RETURN/EXCHANGE PROCESS

Option 1: Schedule a Return Pickup:
  • Reverse pickups are generated at an additional cost of Rs. 200-250 , depending on the order size .

  • We will get it touch with you with 1 working day, confirm your request, and organise return pickup courier.
  • Our courier partner will pickup the item from your address, you will be requested to keep it ready. 
  • Once the item reaches back, we check its in good condition, and we issue your refund via card/bank transfer or store credit – as per return policy .

Option 2: Customer couriers back the item:

  • Address for the return courier: Dubai Abaya House, 4, Tehseel Market, Jama Masjid, Rampur, Pin: 244901, U.P. Phone: 7078637852. Please use normal courier / not expedited courier.
  • Once courier is sent, please drop us an email / msg with the tracking number and carrier name.
  • It will take around 1 week for us to receive your item. We will typically issue refund within 5-7 days of receiving.

    Basic Information About Store Credits

    • Store Credits are just like cash. You can use them any time.
    • You can make part payments / full payments using them any time.
    • Store Credits do not expire.

ORDER CANCELLATION :

Standard Orders can be Cancelled before Dispatch (Both COD and Prepaid) , After Dispatch Orders Cannot be Cancelled , if a customer cancels the order after dispatch/refuses to accept the parcel ,Courier charges for forward and reverse have to be paid by the Customer .
